TRIART Corporation (hereafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy (hereafter "this Policy") regarding the protection of customers' personal information obtained in providing the Company's products, apps, services, websites, and all other services provided by the Company (collectively referred to as "Company Services"), and handles personal information appropriately based on this Policy.

1. Personal Information Obtained by the Company

The Company obtains the following personal information concerning customers.

Name, gender, email address, account ID and password, MAC address, device username, etc. of the person in charge

- Details of the customer's internet connection, devices accessing the Company Services, and related usage status

Information related to customer inquiries, feedback, and communications to the Company

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company obtains and uses customers' personal information within the scope of the following purposes of use (hereafter "these Purposes of Use").

① For registration to the Company Services, identity verification during use, and customer management

② For provision of the Company Services and after-sales service

③ For billing related to the Company Services

④ For prevention and response to fraudulent acts, etc.

⑤ For maintenance and management of the Company Services

⑥ For research and analysis of marketing data, and consideration and implementation of marketing measures

⑦ For providing, soliciting, advertising, and other marketing of products and services of the Company or third parties based on analysis of customer attributes and behavior history in the media of the Company or third parties

⑧ For improvement of the Company Services, and planning, research, and development of new products and services

⑨ For responding to inquiries and contacting customers

⑩ Provision to third parties as described in this Policy

3. Provision to Third Parties

(1) The Company may provide customers' personal information to service providers and other contractors used to achieve these Purposes of Use. Such contractors include third parties located in the following foreign countries. The country-specific information to be referenced at this time is as follows.

① United States of America (Google LLC, Amazon Web Services, Inc., Microsoft Corporation)

The third parties to whom information is provided have taken all measures corresponding to the eight principles of the OECD Privacy Guidelines.

(2) In addition to the case in (1) above, the Company may provide customers' personal information to third parties in the following cases.

① When based on laws and regulations

② When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent

③ When particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or promotion of sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent

④ When it is necessary to cooperate with national or local government agencies or their contractors in executing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer's consent may hinder the execution of such duties

Please note that a prescribed disclosure fee will be charged when requesting notification of the purpose of use or disclosure of personal information or records of provision to third parties.

(2) Correction, Addition, Deletion

Customers may request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information. In such cases, our company will promptly investigate within the necessary scope to achieve the purpose of use and, based on the results, make corrections, additions, or deletions within the scope permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law.

(3) Suspension of Use or Suspension of Provision to Third Parties

Customers may request suspension of use or suspension of provision of personal information to third parties. In such cases, our company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law.
