Launch of Beta Version of 'MIIDEL Docs', Specialized in Document Comparison.

TRIART Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Kentaro Imazu) has newly developed 'MIIDEL Docs', a document comparison system specialized in detecting differences in text, as a new member of the proven 'MIIDEL' series for image and drawing difference detection. Prior to official service launch, the Beta version distribution has started.

What is 'MIIDEL Docs'?

This software instantly detects 'text change points' from revisions or edits, a feature highly requested by existing 'MIIDEL' users. It inherits the ease of use of 'MIIDEL' and has the following features.

1. Highlights changes with colors

   The three types of changes — <deleted parts>, <added parts>, and <modified parts> — are highlighted in blue, red, and green respectively, displayed side by side so differences between two documents are immediately clear (colors can be set and edited).

2. Displays distribution of changes

   By viewing the central color bar, you can instantly grasp which pages and areas of the document contain detected changes and their extent.

3. Cross-page checking

   Even if text spans multiple pages or corresponding parts are on separated pages, the software finds corresponding parts throughout the entire document and detects results.

4. Accurately detects main text areas

   You can set the area to compare as main text, distinguishing it from other elements (header, footer, page numbers, etc.), preventing confusion in result display.

5. Supports multiple languages

   Not only Japanese, but also texts in various languages can be compared. For languages like English that separate words by spaces, the software detects results on a per-word basis.

6. Hundreds of pages in minutes

   Documents spanning hundreds of pages, if text-centered, can be compared in about one to several minutes (on Windows 11 with latest spec PC).

The 'MIIDEL Docs' Beta version is currently offered only to existing 'MIIDEL' users (*). If you wish to try it, please contact our representative. Please understand the product is under development and note the following.
