Release of 『MIIDEL7』 scheduled for April 1

─ Major update with support for DocuWorks, multilingual support, and color comparison ─

TRIART Corporation (located in Iizuka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; CEO: Kentaro Imazu) will begin offering a new version 『MIIDEL7』 of the image and drawing comparison system MIIDEL (pronounced “Mīderu”) starting April 1, 2023. This version adds new features including support for DocuWorks files, multilingual support, and color comparison capabilities.

What is MIIDEL:
MIIDEL is an image and drawing comparison system that instantly detects changes between old and new documents, including those easily overlooked by visual inspection, using proprietary AI. It highlights differences in color to greatly improve work efficiency. It can be used on a standard Windows PC without sending important data to the cloud.

New Features of MIIDEL7:

1) Support for DocuWorks files
In response to many requests, MIIDEL will now be able to load and compare DocuWorks files. In the future, we plan to expand support to popular document file formats such as those created by Microsoft Office applications.

2) Multilingual support improves efficiency of international work
The user interface can be switched to English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese. Combined with MIIDEL’s core ability to check differences in documents even if the language is unreadable, this makes international collaboration easier. The installer also allows language selection, enabling users in foreign language regions to use it from the start.

3) Support for color difference detection
In addition to detecting differences in shapes of figures and text as before, MIIDEL can now detect differences in color. You can compare colored drawings and package design data while taking color information into account.

4) Improved accuracy of sorting function
The accuracy of the sorting function, which aligns pages of old and new files in corresponding order, has been further improved. This reduces the time required for pre-processing before comparison.

In addition to these new features, we have improved speed and stability to enhance usability.
