What is the "Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award"?
The "Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award" honors individuals recognized as particularly outstanding among the various generations involved in manufacturing, including mid-career professionals who are the core of manufacturing and production sites, skilled workers who have supported traditional and cultural "techniques," and young talents who will lead the future. This award is jointly organized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and has been held since 2005, now marking its 10th edition.

Project Summary
Amid a shortage of manpower in domestic industries, the tasks of comparing old and new design drawings and checking correction points used in manufacturing and construction industries require a lot of labor and time. We developed a high-precision image and drawing comparison system "MIIDEL" that utilizes proprietary AI to instantly detect changes that are easily overlooked by visual inspection and displays differences in color, greatly improving work efficiency. Previously, drawing verification work was done manually, but with our unique image analysis technology, verification work that took 10 days can now be completed in 10 minutes.

Since its release in 2016, 50,000 users have adopted it. It has expanded to more than 10 countries including the United States, Germany, India, Vietnam, Poland, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

For 'MIIDEL,' which celebrates its 10th anniversary of service this year, receiving this award is a great honor and a rare milestone.
