About the "Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award"

The "Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Award" recognizes outstanding individuals across generations involved in "monodzukuri" (manufacturing). This includes core mid-career professionals in production, skilled masters of traditional and cultural techniques, and the youth who will lead the future.
Jointly hosted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI); the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT); the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW); and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), the award has been held since 2005 and is now in its 10th year.

Project Summary
Amid domestic labor shortages, the process of comparing old and new design drawings and checking revisions in the manufacturing and construction industries requires significant effort and time. We developed "MIIDEL," a high-precision comparison system that uses proprietary AI to instantaneously detect changes often missed by the human eye and display differences in color, dramatically improving operational efficiency. While drawing reviews were traditionally performed manually, our unique image analysis technology allows verification work that previously took 10 days to be completed in just 10 minutes.

Since its release in 2016, MIIDEL has reached 50,000 users and expanded to over 10 countries, including the United States, Germany, India, Vietnam, Poland, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

This award is an immense honor and a momentous milestone for MIIDEL as we celebrate our 10th anniversary of service. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our users who have supported and helped grow our service over the years.
